Scott Roby is Senior Manager of Content Strategy and Delivery and Master Trainer for Public Strategies. He develops, adapts curricula, and provides instructor training and development for Public Strategies, and other national clientele including the Office of Family Assistance. Mr. Roby also served as TTA Manager to the Strengthening Relationship Education and Marriage Services (STREAMS) federal evaluation providing consultation, training, onsite support, and program management tools to six sites selected for a rigorous national evaluation of HMRE program strategies. He also served on the team managing the Strengthening the Implementation of Marriage and Relationship Programs (SIMR) and the Sexual Risk Avoidance Education National Evaluation (SRAENE). His acute understanding of, federal policies, recruitment, facilitation, partner development and program administration is informed by more than 30 years of direct service and technical assistance provision. Mr. Roby brings proven experience of effective training and technical assistance, and program integration into existing state and federal systems. Scott and his wife Kathy have been married for 41 years and together they have two children Kandis and Kaylan and his faithful companion, Dudley.
